Great Costa. Food was pretty gross and expensive but thats not out of the ordinary. Came in and caused a scene. Baby spilt my coffee and Abby, our server was great, i asked for a cloth and they told us not to worry, came over and cleaned up. Abby then offered to remake my drink even though she didn't need to but she saw i lost the whole cup. I think she may have gotten in trouble as she came back and said she was sorry but she can only do a small. Great service, this lady will go far in the industry identifying ways she can help customers. Small acts of kindness go a long way to reduce a stressful situation quickly and easily.

It's annoying that there are no printed menus so you have to wait for the digital screen to cycle so you can read it. Staff seemed rushed and irritated with each other. The location is good but nothing exciting to say about the atmosphere. Just had a slice of cake and a hot chocolate. It was good.

Stopped to pick up a coffee this morning Friday 15th July at 6.30am there were about 5 cars waiting at the drive thru so we joined the queue our order was taken by a lovely cheerful lady who apologised for any delay as she was on her own She was an absolute Credit to the company she was extremely busy but took no longer really then you would normally wait . She was so polite ,friendly and smiley while under the pressure of taking orders making orders up and taking payments multi tasking at its best . thank you

Quick service via drive through. Didn't get food. Got the new Spanish latte drink but just tasted like a regular latte - although was good. Costa is hard to access especially at peak times due to the car parking and being next to macdonalds.
